Stripe test billing

Stripe test mode lets the team verify Checkout, Customer Portal, subscription sync, and plan limits without using real cards or live billing.

If Checkout is disabled, billing setup may still be missing or intentionally paused during private preview.

After a test Checkout, Stripe sends webhook events back to Cedria so the workspace plan and billing status can update.

If the webhook has not synced yet, billing may briefly show the previous plan.

Test mode does not mean public paid billing is ready.

Do not enter live payment details unless the product owner explicitly confirms paid beta billing is ready.
