Email delivery depends on configured Resend, EMAIL_FROM, APP_URL, webhook secrets, and suppression safety.
During testing, a Resend test sender may be acceptable; wider external use should use a verified sender domain.
What to check first
Confirm the recipient email is correct, not suppressed, and that the review invitation or reminder was triggered manually.
